Do this a few times and see if it helps. There are normal sounds of air movement, but also there can be abnormal sounds, like wheezes during expiration (breathing out) and crackles during inspiration (breathing in). I have been getting the feeling of pop rocks in the back of my throat. Every time my stomach growls it's like bubbles are escaping. I can feel and hear the popping when swallowing only when my head is in certain positions, and if i apply too much pressure to my neck in the area it’s coming from when.
